    I guess its the message we would like IMPRINTED for the CURRENT and next GENERATION. I totally agree that it should be LAW. This would then send a CLEAR message that this LAW is for everyone's own good.

    I have lost family in drownings that could have been avoided if they had life jackets. Still sad when drownings happen that could have so easily been avoided.

    The matter of fishing off rocks is that it may seem ok not to wear one if the SWELL is not big BUT what happens when you accidently slip or fall into the water???? Just wear one, these days, they are so compact - CONSIDER THIS - IS A FISH WORTH DYING OVER - RISK YOUR LIFE OVER A FISH....Like Hell, I would'nt

    If theres ever a time to rally around this ISSUE - it should be now. I would like to see my kids be as passionate as I am about fishing as they grow older BUT will strive to make them aware of SAFETY FIRST at ALL times.

    The majority of us would SERVICE our cars,get WOF done because WE rely on IT to get us from point A to point B safetly and very important for the safety of our family. Our families rely on us to care for them for as long as possible...Dont jepodize that and disregard safety over FISH.
