It was over an hour to go until high tide and with the swell and wind that had come up, where we were wasn't safe enough to stay. On a calmer day further around toward the entrance to the bay would be a better bet. We even spied some better looking water on the other side of the bay. We learn these things of course. The predicted weather came earlier than anticipated and a bit harsher than we were expecting. There is no shelter in there once anything in the easterly quarterly starts pushing through. Ideally we needed a westerly, which it had been all week. When you coming up to show me all your fav spots?
