Nice catch and well done, but Northland is a bit different. I took these photos on 28 October and 29 October last spring. The mistake I made was to go to Wairoa early October and not go late October, or at least not often enough. I went once, which was often enough to get these nice pics of other people's snappers. As Gary says, it could be different this year.
