Local Beach- today/evening

Sorry about the size of the pics guys-

got out today to one of the local beaches here, was good to see the guys out having a go - Brent,Jock,Phil and a few others - spring must be here. No fish to talk about but still good to get out see-

Looks too gravelly for Santoft, although the dune shot definitely looks like it. Looks fishy. Man I miss that beach.

My guess is Tangimoana, or Foxton?

correct Mr Roberts- needs a couple of big northerly blasts to sort it out abit along with a big spring tide- create a few more holes and channels

Its an awesome beach Scuzzy. I'm jealous for sure.

I've fished occy 2 nights in a row and caught only kahawai on one. Got a good snapper on mackeral and a another last night on fresh kahawai.

Do you guys float your occy or straight on the bottom?

caught this morning by my apprentice.

Likes Spring,especially when these show up on the local beaches,15,9.5lbs,fresh crab,also got some nice Lemons,Quad is the tits.

Excellent fish. Was this Santoft too? Seems to be quite a few fish around early this year.

wrong- close but not there - that beach sucks- lice at night- no current, shallow as hell, red cod and more red cod with a few spinys thrown in for good luck, even in summer it sucks
