Night fishing

Hi, we would like to try night fishing at Foxton but are unsure as to the best time. Is anyone catching snapper at Foxton?

later this week the night fishing should be good mate. There have been snaps caught down there lately and some good ones. Enjoy the weather while it lasts

There are some really nice holes all the way from Foxton to Tangi at the moment , I may give it at try on Wednesday or Thursday night.

Thank you for the replies. We hope to get to Foxton tomorrow for a fish. Does it matter if you fish on an incoming tide or an outgoing tide?
