yeah, heard a wisper that the longest cast was in the 190's, the wind got up mid arvo here which meant wind was coming across them on a 45. Prob find out more sat night once it's all done and dusted!

It was an excellent day well organised from the catering to the casting. The new rules allowing you to cast a weight that suited you without being disadvantaged I believe worked well .
Congratulation to Gary for handling the tricky conditions with some excellent casting and big ups to all those who just gave it a go.
Feilding raised the bar last year and Gisborne has raised it another notch.

Zero timing and technique at the moment I went backwards after my gear got stolen and a serious lack of practice.

Not really for me mate. Just been too busy to practice much and its taking a while to get things working again.
