The species bucket list

What's your species bucket list for this season?

Mine:
Kingfish - never caught one from the beach
Moki - as above
Snapper - bigger than the sub-35cm ones I've managed for the last few years

Elephant fish
Blue Moki
Blue cod.

Never caught or tried any of these and fresh is always best.

Kingfish off the beach, going to give slidebaiting a decent attempt this summer
Decent sized trevally
Beat my pb blue moki, didn't try for them last season, must be one here over 4.5kg..
