I hope it does not controvene your rules Phill but thought it would be worthy of a mention if it does breach the rules feel free to remove this topic. A site has been set up where those who do not eat fish heads or frames can contact people that are wanting them to eat and this would reduce wastage and utilise the fish further. The site is already on my bookmark list.

Not a bad idea I reckon. Always a few worries when filleting a big snapper. Luckily I have a mate accross the road who loves them.

The snapper don't know where the car park is!
Sometimes it is better to travel than to arrive.

I agree with what you are saying S.N there are folks out there who can not source a feed of fresh fish heads or frames and there are those who are unable to go for a fish for one reason or another and it is always nice to help out someone in a situation like that especially if it is a case of financial hardship and having to find a feed for thier family.
