22.7kg shortbilled spearfish caught out of Napier yesterday, albies and skippys thick outside Pania reef. Sounds like the middle of summer!

The snapper don't know where the car park is!
Sometimes it is better to travel than to arrive.

Blair Pascoe caught that, and they dropped a stripy too out near the trojan. Its early its good!

Albacore are thick down the coast at Kairakau as well. As are the rat kings apparently.
Scored some nice Alby fillets from my brother when I was down there on Sunday, very nice eating
