Napier beaches and as far as you can see out to the horizon the waters are rough and mud dirty.

The snapper don't know where the car park is!
Sometimes it is better to travel than to arrive.

Tidied up a bit today but still a metre of mud everywhere locally.

On the other hand Wanganui is unbelievably flat and clean

Good feed of blue cod and tarakihi
Had 2 tank dives but only saw one cray
They had a 3m tide!
Current was fair ripping. One dive we just glided along the bottom without any effort. Had a surface buoy so the boatman could follow us.
