Dogfish drought.

Yesterdays fishing comp at Bayview turned up only one spiney back dogfish for over 20 eager anglers.

There were some kahawai around though and one fat lemonfish.

The snapper don't know where the car park is!
Sometimes it is better to travel than to arrive.

The spinys were almost absent as were the red cod. Mind you the lemons were few and far between too and the kahawai were pretty reluctant to make an appearance, although some eventually appeared. Dont recall any cuda's either. Hopefully next time the sea will be clean with a nice rolling sell to stir the fish up.
