whats it worth?

I've been offered a rod reel combo by a mate who was going to take up surfcasting but never did..
Its a Kilwell Grafpower 14ft 2pc rod and a Penn 8500ss reel.
Both are essentially new and never used, mint condition.
I've seen the reels online (new) for about $130 but whats the rod worth?
