Do yours hang to the left or the right

Had a tricky question today should your kerbing of your hook go to the right or the left. I was also told that the Northern hemisphere hooks should kerb opposite way to southern hemisphere. Any ideas.

They are kerbed if they are off to the right and reversed if to the left.

Never bothered me I put the hook on the trace and it has always caught fish.

Either hand will do, especially if you intend to make fish fingers.
