Hi everyone, A huge thanks to everyone that made the pilgrimage over the weekend for the 8th annual Snapper 1000. Your friendship and commitment to this unique event is very much appreciated by everyone here at the Whakatane Surf Casting Club. The conditions were near on perfect with awesome fish presented at the weigh-in. See you a then! You should have said perfect for a while the early morning period was diabolical. WE have grown to expect it though. Thanks again for a friendly comp. The snapper don't know where the car park is! Sometimes it is better to travel than to arrive.
