solar eclipse?

Anyone had any luck with fish on a solar eclipse like tonight? Might try my luck

Gonna go out tomorrow evening been too busy this arvo and also respooled a reel of mine, car all packed and ready for after work tomorrow

All rigged up ready for my first serious big snapper fish tomorrow night can't wait! Was thinking Whirinaki but may have to try the cape side

THis is the best stage for really big snapper

Its actually a lunar eclipse not a solar. (thats the sun).

The snapper don't know where the car park is!
Sometimes it is better to travel than to arrive.

Bayview way was full of kahawai and not much else this morning... I'll be trying haumoana or teawanga tonight.

Might see a few of you out at Te awanga just don't know where bouts yet will see what the sea looks like I guess and if my pups going to be comming out haha

Fished from 4G till 9.30 for 3 KY very nice condition and a snapper that I lost I the wash on the beach not very impressed would have been my first was a very good size too oh well better luck next time I guess haha, also broke the screen in my phone wasn't an amazing night but the fishing was crazy a lot of big bits with a long run to drop the bait.
