It is really good when you come face on with top quality service.
For the last four weeks I have been hitting the beaches hard, concentrating on ray fishing. It's my opinion, on light gear they are a top sporting fish, an adversary that will put the angler and their tackle through it's paces.
My success has come at a bit of a cost, the area I fish is a tackle graveyard, plus playing very large fish on light gear doesn't help either. My tackle bag was getting rapidly depleted of sinkers, leader and trace material, plus genie clips.
At 12:30 yesterday lunchtime I ordered a general replenishment from Tackle Tactics, and it's here I must pay Phill and his crew a well earned compliment. The goods were in my hands by mid morning today, less than a twenty-four hour turn around and the postage was free.
Well done guys, to my mind you have put the 'S' back into the word service ... this is really appreciated. I can recommend all of the site's members to have confidence in buying from our hosts, Tackle Tactics. They seem to understand an angler's need is urgent and they [T.T.] are fully up to the task.

I live RD and Ive never had to wait long for gear from TT. They give outstanding service.

Thanks guys, we try very hard to give a good service . Most of the time we succeed but every now and again we stuff up (nearly always my fault). As the saying goes you do not make mistakes if you are not doing anything.
