I can recall the days when I used large nuts and bolts for sinkers, I think this mindset my have evolved over the last sixty odd years. Take a look at these, you would be scared to lose one!!!

I also saw these.....bit expensive to loose in the surf.

I will admit I like the little burley cage, I can't see that impeding your cast my many metres. I certainly wouldn't mind a few in my tackle box but I have a suspicion my bank manager may object.

I will stick with the standard breakout sinkers sold by Phil, they will do me just fine.
