Membership Software

I appreciate this is a little off topic but maybe someone out there can help me anyway. I am looking for software that can be used to record all of the membership details of our Club and at the same time have the additional capability of calculating and storing the monthly fishing points of the members. The accumulated points values would be used at the end of the year for the presenting of awards.

I'm not sure how to respond to your message Gary, I think I shall carry on using MS Excel, I believe it is the better option.

I can advise you it is not a cheap or easy exercise to produce a programme that will do what you are asking.

The exercise isn't that difficult but it isn't cheap.

It is about easy simple, and cheap... A few macros can make things a little easier to automate common tasks in Excel. It is a better fit for a database, but ongoing maintenance can be an issue....

I agree, MACROs will dolly up the spreadsheets I am using and we can go with this system for the time being.
