1s time using impact shields

I grabbed a packet of impact shields Ive had in my tackle box for nearly a year now and only wished I started using them earlier - so simple and easy to set up and I added two floats from a shop bought rig hopefully keep my bait above the crabs - 15 minutes after my 1st cast my rod bent and heard the sound all fish'os love to hear and pulled in this well conditioned 9.5lb snapper also the 1st for the season.

Good morning Mattman, I have just made the step up to the new & improved red Gemini Splash Down Solo Bait Clips and they work very well. Hooks stay clipped up throughout the cast and release well on impact. Give them a try, you will be impressed.

Men and fish are alike. They both get into trouble when they open their mouths.
