The most recommends I ever got was 547. I zinged some guy on the Guardian.

I use a different name now. I change names when they start deleting my comments. It's not just me, of course. They delete loads of sensible comments from people. It's not about being rude or "trolling". Anything that doesn't fit their narrative gets deleted. Doesn't matter how polite and well-articulated your comment is. Not very liberal of them.
So let's see. Oh, went to the dry cleaner today. Asked if they could repair the trousers on my suit. I had a small hole. They said they could put a patch on it but the stitching would show so it's not recommended.
This is why I wanted a suit with two pairs of trousers. But this place I went to wanted a crazy amount of money for the second pair. Instead, they had some special for two suits. So that's what I did.
I have to just throw out this suit now. But the other one is getting dry cleaned. They weren't super expensive anyway. Like £150 each, I think. Something like that. I mean, I guess that's expensive but I wear it every day so...how much would a bunch of decent shirts and such cost? Although, I guess I wear a bunch of decent shirts too. Well, whatever. I can afford it. It's one day's work.
But what a pleasure not having to do this semi-formal business attire stuff. You know, a shirt and trousers. I hated that.
Then there was casual Friday. I didn't even do that. I hated that shit.
So actually, I bet this suit does work out cheaper than if I was doing that crap. And it's certainly less painful. I mean, I didn't have many clothes and still don't. But with the suit it doesn't really matter. You buy the suit, five shirts, five ties, and you're done. Nobody notices or cares what you wear. It's the same thing every day.
