It's gonna be a strange time for renters, I have a work colleague who is being evicted, not because she's a bad tenant, but because her landlord is reducing his portfolio to get out of Buy To Let. Demand may push up rents, but I'm hoping many renters will take the plunge and become First Time Buyers.

I got onto the property ladder just over 10 years ago, such a change from renting but I'm glad I did when we had the chance. Hope you get your next place soon.
