Seen a few of these schemes around,Fords at one time used to say fit our parts and any probs get customer to return to any dealership we will honor warranty,especially with clutches and don't worry we will cover everything,BUT only if part failed.They always made out it was fitment problem and it was difficult to prove otherwise as they were also the inspectors
Most parts are covered by warrantees and will be replaced F.O.C until you stick in claim for labor then its a different ball game.
