We still can't charge for retests because no one else in the town will. Though we do charge full price even though some still charge only £20! Hopefully the new retest structure (1/3, 2/3 & full price) will change things. If everyone charged the same then we would all win, except for those that continue to rip customers off who then need the new blood provided by cheap prices. Sean
