Just had a customer rang me last week wanted a price for 4 coil springs and rear brakes cleaning out on a 38 month old focus, it had been to dealer for a service they told her the rear brakes wanted cleaning out that would be extra, and 4 rusty coil springs that were ready for breaking and it could happen at any time so they classed as dangerous.
