Perhaps the BBC should run a "Rogue Customers" series? then we could put the boot on the other foot!
I'm sure every one of us has some excellent stories to tell.I know I've got a couple (I think I've been lucky so far) but how far do you go if a customer won't pay you what may be only a few quid or bad mouths you down the local because he thinks he could have got the job a bit cheaper elsewhere! Or the best one of mine, a customer did both, how can I be too expensive when he never paid me?
