Just wondering if any of you guys out there with a few staff do anything to help the atmosphere at work?

We work together but are not necessarily the best of friends, but I've found some after work activities does help the moral at work.

We've done a couple of things with the light nights and fine weather. In the next couple of weeks we're going to the Par 3 golf course after work. Two of us play two don't so we've got a balance.

Does anyone else do this sort of thing and if so what?
