I have always printed off their index's and find it helpful scouring their website but best of all a phone call to their website short circuits all the searching. It is rare to be kept waiting and they have fast access to most manufacturers TSB disks and can find information quicker than ever I can even though I have many a ebay disk which I often spend hours trying to navigate my way to the relevant info I want. Often I ask how they found their way to a certain wiring diagram and on what ever disk and hey presto I have the same diagram in front of me. As I say it saves hours of searching and has solved many a complex problem or given me the right advise as to how to deal with certain jobs. I wouldn't be without their bulletins or help desk. Every month I summarize the most common problems and share them with the rest of my workshop staff so that they are pre-armed with information in case they come across the same problems on the workshop floor.
