MVRA Are they worth it?

I've just received a reminder that our membership is due and at £595.72 I'm beginning to think is it worth this sort of money. The only time I can remember using them was a couple of years back when their rep came out and gave me some recommendations on health and safety. He hasn't been back since. I'm not convinced that the sign over the door has any benefit at all.

Do members use their services and if so what areas have they helped their business?
