We use to use Sunlight for many years until the prices went through the roof, I contacted Johnsons Apparelmaster here in Leeds and halved the costs almost. We have been using these now for 6 years and suddenly the service has gone tits up. I mean sending 11 pairs of overalls for cleaning and only getting three back also sending wipes contaminated with metal swarf etc.

Three weeks ago they canceled my account by mistake and our overalls got sold off, they have tried to charge me £415.33 for the replacements. When I contact them I just get passed from pillar to post. They have sent me credit notes but still debited the full amounts. I have stopped paying them until I get some joy. Thinking of buying my own and sending the wife to dry cleaners every week, but I would struggle getting the wipes etc.

Pissed me off good style.
