We have tried various paints over the many years we been in buissness,nothing survives long,we used to keep painting over the bare patches,to try and stop water getting under which is the main problem with lifting.
In the end we pretty much gave up as fed up with patches of wet paint all over the place.
Best i have seen is a tiled workshop but very expensive
