Motor trade insurance will say any vehicle, but will also say providing you have valid license for that class of vehicle. e.g.I drive HGV's on mine, but need and a HGV license to do it.
I agree I can't see a problem with cars, but that's my view. Problem is finding someone who will give a definitive answer
