Looked at the website but cannot determine whether there is a subscription required? I have seen these advertised on Ebay for around 60.00 quid. I remember there were issues when the Launch X431 came out of the factory refusing to recognise any kit bought from anyone who was not a registered dealer.Where did you get yours?
