I had a call on Friday and during the conversation i was told that after a meeting this week in the EuroComm that the renewal of Block Exemption has been rejected, a further meeting will take place later this year. Can anyone confirm?

Have the Manufacturers who are are now at the Lemming stage gone into lock down

No car sales, customers now defecting to Independents for repairs, dealers loosing out and closing, are the EuroComm going to protect the manufacturers interest. The more technical data the manufacturers have to hand over, the worse the situation will get for them

Will the EuroComm put the jobs of manufacturers, dealerships and related parts manufacturing industries across Europe before Independents. Is the upsurge in business for Independents just a blip before total door closing on the flow of codes, data and technical information
