Just wondered if anyone else out there uses the wonderful PHS for their roller towels and floor mats etc.

They deliver our roller towels once a week seperately to their floor mats. Have received a letter to say each time they deliver the towels they are going to add on a further £15.00 per visit charge! Presume this is plus vat too! Am so disgusted have complained twice and nobody has even bothered to get back to me. Are they allowed to just do this??!!

I have already given notice to cancel my contract with them in 2010 and would just say to anyone looking to go to PHS beware!!
