I think what John describes already exists, more commonly referred to as a dealership. The main difference is their main business is trading vehicles. To them diagnostics is an inconvienence that the frachise provider insists on.


As others have said, a Dyno Rod style franchise cannot work because the subject so broad and the skills required are high. The only people who think it will work have been sold on the "Magic Box" scanner.
