Just as an update, Companies House are in the process of striking this company off due to failure to submit accounts.....which means any creditors won't get any money!

After been given the initial runaround by Trading Standards it seems they are aware of this company and its trading practices......

So in summary I would say 'due diligence' is required if anyone wishes to trade with this company in the future.

We're optimistic we'll be able to recover our money from our credit card company eventually.
