Hi Kelly, that's bizarre, (even for North Walsham!) Seriously I hope you are well and business good.

It reminded me of a company we deal with. Somebody scalded themselves on a kettle and put it in the accident book. The whole company then had to go through 'Kettle training'. Its official - The worlds gone mad!!
