My mothers car of which i am the registered keeper for insurance purposes was recently parked at netto (now asda)and she over stayed her one hour free parking, three weeks later i recieved a parking charge notice for £75.00. It turns out that for £2.50 they can get the R.K.s name and address from DVLA
