Difficult to find out any unbiased info to be fair as they all claim there are the best etc like any sales rep does.

You'll notcie on normal lifts not designed for vans the front arms are shorter than the rears so not really made for the jobn.
Ravaglioli KPH 370-42LIK+VAR5000 we have just been priced up for which is £3550+vat
This is a baseless ramp designed for vans but not sure how it compares to the Rotay 4.0 ton.
I do know though its almost £1k cheaper and they both appear to be fully hydraulic.
I'm not to sure on the origin or liftmaster but i have been told that most major lift manufactuers source them from Italy (includinig Snap-on, Techalemit etc) but have Chinese compoents within them) but use there only brand name and colours.
