As you may know, I am involved in the Auto-Solve business on a technical level and have been involved in it's recent development.
Version 12 has been subject to a significant amount of development time and is showing many new features, and a vast amount of new content when compared to the previous version.
If you have time to look through the video on the Diagnostic Assistance website, under media clip, you will be able to see the software in action.
Diagnostic Assistance Video
The software price has been compared to a 1 day training course, or to just 4 hours saved labour over the life span of the software. A major bonus is that it doesn't timeout.
It has been developed in conjunction with a garage/technician user group. It is early days, as the software was only launched on Monday. So far, so good; the feedback has been very positive.
We have shown it to technicians and garages. To date everyone who has seen it (who is involved in diagnosing and fixing vehicles) has bought it. Pico have seen it and used it, and have chosen to add it to their product offer. We also have significant interest from two of the major players in the US diagnostic market who are keen to represent the product in that country.
Diagnostic Assistance is a product which I feel will add value and help the diagnostic process in the vast majority of repair businesses, and with most technicians.
Kind regards
James.
