I stated 10 - 15 per hour, if all someone can do is servicing & repairs & is 22, but is keen, shows aptitude & ability I would be looking to pay 10/hr. If someone else had a bit more experience & could do more technical work it could go to 15/hr. My top guy is on 20/hr, but I'd be hard pushed to replicate him & don't really need another one at this level.

The above was just to let people know the type of work we do, not expecting someone to be able to do it all themselves, as they'd probably be self employed if they could
