Yes was a great day out, it's a shame that it's only once a year, would be good for the trade to have a couple of high profile meets a year

Perhaps a second type of Top Technician competition, does seem a shame as there are some very clever guys out there that probably never use a scope or Autologic but can pull heads of complicated vehicles, fit complex timing belts, chains and clutches, just because they are on the spanners does not mean they cannot be Top Techs.....perhaps a Mechanical Top Technician is in order. Not sure what the presentations would be about though, DMF would be good ZZZzzzz...
