Seans response makes perfect sense, sometimes I plug in with a diagnostic, at no charge, dealers do this to attract work, as a rule I charge out a diag scan on a service at a tenner, on every service I do, as a part of the service, I have to pay £5000 plus to keep my tools in subscription,I am not a Charity, what do you lot think?, Snap -on alone costs me a grand a year !!
