I've just been trying to get some technical information off of the Mercedes web site and its pointing me to Snap-on Business Solutions as the provider of this information now. I've just spoken to our snap on dealer who knows nothing about it! I believe they have some tie in with Ford now as well. Has anyone had any experience of using this service? The Snap-on web site is next useless!
