Would suggest some sort of disclaimer be signed by the attendee's to state that they accept any advise given is only a guide and that they understand they should refer to the owners manual for specific data relevant to their own vehicle.

Also ensure your insurance covers you for the event and any advise given.

And don't over complicate it keep it simple.
