What a great article.
BMW in their latest Car Club magazine (Oct) have an article which says that ALL European car manufacturers do not comply with current Euro 6 legislation, but then start bragging that theirs is one of the better ones--despite being way over the limit.
Looks like you can make anything positive with a bit of editorial licence.
