Thanks for that Peter, has cleared up a few things... Looks like we as a company don't have to change anything we do...apart from display a privacy notice, either in the reception or on our website or maybe both. As we already send texts and emails to our customers for mot/service reminders, we can continue without asking for there permission. Regards Dave |
