Hello group (Long time no see)

Many of you may remember Andrew Ruellan and his infamous "wide of the mark" episode, but for those who are too young or too recent to these communities, Andrew is something of an entrepreneur in the garage trade, with quite a journey and an interesting story. Admittedly he trades in a rather unique location (Jersey) and he enjoys something of a captive audience in terms of his island demographic.

Here is a particularly interesting conversation that was recently uploaded to YouTube and I think that there is quite a lot to take away from the discussion.

I retired in 2019 but there is a lot of what Andrew says that resonated with me and if I am being completely honest, I think that had I committed to more of his advice then I probably would have remained in business for a while longer.
