hi all, can anyone suggest a tool (with part number?) that can be used to re-fasten loose (mot failure) hard thermoplastic boots back to the cv joint, we have tried the double wrap band type with little ditty to fasten together (came from german & swedish, very good on large diam. intercooler hoses) and various other types but guys tell me in workshop none are suitable, (they have been using large jubilee clips - space allowing) i know we can replace with `normal` type but there must be a tool/clip that can get them tight enough, thanks rob.
