Hi Roy. You Cannot really be complaining. ?? It's True. ( Honest ) They have never had any complaints from any other users about the products. ? They are Top class Diagrams and Information and there is very rarely a Mistake, which if found out alway's gets corrected before the next update. ? Heres a few things that they said to someone else that didn't complain. ? I am disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction with our CD product. Many thousands of customers subscribe to our information service year upon year and from their feedback we believe that we provide excellent service and value for money. Autodata is fully ISO 9002 compliant and is therefore committed to providing a quality technical information service to its customers and it is by listening and reacting to our customers' comments and feedback in a positive way that has made Autodata Europe's leading automotive information provider for the vehicle aftermarket. By using a proven information source such as Autodata, our customers can pass on confidence that they have access to the very latest technical information and are able to service and repair vehicles effectively and efficiently. What did they say about Listening. ? Now where did that Ostrich go. ?
